Foldable Trolley
The BLUETTI Foldable Trolley solves that specific problem. Base plate sized to hold one AC500 and two B300S stacked stably. Frame rated to 330 lbs (150 kg) total load enough for the full AC500 setup with room to spare. 360° swivel front wheels for tight-space maneuvering (garage doorways, hallway corners), fixed rear wheels for straight-line rolling stability, and a foot-brake system to lock it in place when you’re loading or on a slight incline.
When you’re done, it folds flat to 14.6 inches thick and slides into a car boot, a garage shelf, or a wall-mounted storage hook.
330 lb load capacity what actually fits
The trolley is officially rated for the AC500-class BLUETTI setup, but the 330 lb ceiling accommodates most BLUETTI configurations plus a lot of everyday household loads:
Load
Approximate Weight
Fits?
| AC500 + 2 × B300S | ~100 kg / 220 lbs | ✅ (designed for) |
| AC300 + 2 × B300 | ~93 kg / 205 lbs | ✅ |
| AC200MAX + accessories | ~28 kg / 62 lbs | ✅ (well under limit) |
| Apex 300 (portable) | ~28 kg / 61 lbs | ✅ |
| 3× large moving boxes | ~50–75 kg | ✅ |
| Small appliances (dishwasher, small fridge) | ~40–60 kg | ✅ |
| Large sofa or dining table | Variable | ⚠️ (check dimensions and weight before loading) |
The wide base plate was designed with the AC500 stack in mind so items that would fall off a narrow hand truck sit stably here.
Maneuverability what the wheels actually do
Four wheels in a 2+2 configuration: 360° swivel front wheels (they rotate freely in any direction for tight turns) plus fixed rear wheels (they roll only forward/back for straight-line stability). This combination is standard for professional flatbed carts it lets you both push straight and pivot in place without the trolley skidding sideways.
The foot brake engages a lock on one of the rear wheels. Step down and the trolley won’t roll. Useful when:
- Parked on a driveway or garage slope
- Loading heavy items on top (you don’t want the trolley moving while you’re lifting)
- Stopped mid-corridor while opening a door
- Waiting between transfers during a longer job
Folded storage
The trolley folds via a mechanism at the base of the handle no tools required, takes about 5 seconds. Folded dimensions:
- 33.3″ × 29.4″ × 14.6″ (roughly 85 × 75 × 37 cm)
That’s compact enough to:
- Fit in the boot of most sedans and hatchbacks
- Slide behind a garage door
- Hang on a wall bracket
- Stand upright in a corner
When you need it again, unfolding takes another 5 seconds. No parts to lose.

Where the trolley pays off
- Home backup deployment — roll the AC500 + B300S combo from garage to living room when the grid drops, without a helper and without pulled muscles
- RV and camping — load and unload the power system between trips
- Moving day — heavy boxes, small appliances, or the power station itself between rooms or into a vehicle
- Gardening and outdoor projects — soil bags, mulch, pot plants, tool boxes
- Grocery hauling — several large hauls in one trip from car to kitchen
- Airport / travel — heavy luggage over long airport corridors
Honest limits what this trolley isn’t for
- Not for stairs. Standard foldable trolley design solid rolling on flat surfaces, but no stair-climbing feature. For stairs, use a proper stair-climbing hand truck.
- Not for rough terrain. The small hard wheels work well on tarmac, tile, concrete, hardwood, and short carpet. On gravel, grass, or bumpy ground, they struggle. For garden or paddock use, look at a pneumatic-tyre garden cart instead.
- Not for oversized loads. Anything wider than the base plate (about 75 cm) won’t sit stably even if it’s within the weight limit. Wide furniture or large appliances need a wider hand truck or moving dolly.
- 330 lb ceiling is a hard limit. Overloading damages the frame, the wheels, and (if you’re unlucky) whoever’s pushing it. Don’t exceed the rated capacity.
